Privacy Policy
The short version: we know your wallet address, the team you build and anything you choose to add, like a username or email. We never hold your assets or your keys, we don't sell your data, and there are no ads or tracking tools in the app.
1. Who we are
Formation is run by Tita Labs LTD ([registered address]), which is responsible for your information. This policy applies to the Formation app for Android and the web and to this website. Our Terms of Use explain the game itself.
2. What we collect

We don't collect your name, phone number, contacts, location or recovery phrase. We never see your private keys.
3. What other players see
Formation is a social game. Your public profile shows your username, bio, wallet address, lineup, the stocks you hold that can play, points, rank, skill rating and league results. Other players can follow you and be notified when you change your lineup. Anyone can also look up a wallet's holdings on the Solana blockchain; that's how blockchains work, not something we control.
4. The Assistant Manager
- When you ask your Assistant Manager something, we send your question together with your team, the stocks involved and recent prices to Google's Gemini AI service to produce the answer. We don't keep the conversation after the answer is shown; we keep only a record of the credits and tokens it used.
- If you make a custom Assistant Manager from a photo, the photo is sent to Gemini once to draw your character. We don't store the photo. We keep only the drawings made from it, until you replace them or ask us to delete them.
- News summaries are produced by Gemini using Google Search.
5. How we use it
- to run your account, score your team and run leagues and leaderboards;
- to provide the Assistant Manager and process credit purchases;
- to send the notifications you've switched on;
- to prevent cheating and abuse, and keep Formation secure;
- to fix problems and improve the game;
- to meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your information, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on running the service you asked for (contract), our legitimate interest in keeping it fair and secure, your consent (notifications, photo avatars), and legal obligations.
6. Who we share it with
Only with the services that run Formation for us, and only what each one needs:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect players or Formation, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, profile and game history: while your account exists. Season results and leaderboard history are part of the game's record.
- Device tokens: until you sign out, switch off notifications, or the token stops working.
- Credit purchase records: as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
- Feedback and its screenshots: while your account exists, and deleted with it.
- Server logs: a short period, typically up to [30] days.
Transactions you sign on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. Nobody, including us, can delete them.
8. Your choices and rights
- Edit or remove your username, bio and email in your profile at any time.
- Turn notifications on or off, by category, under Push notifications.
- Disconnect your wallet whenever you like.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account, by writing to us (section 12). After deletion, your past results may remain on leaderboards without your username.
Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU or California), you may have further rights, such as to object to some uses or to complain to your data protection authority. We will answer requests within the time the law sets.
9. Where it's stored
Our servers and database are in the United States. If you live elsewhere, your information is transferred there, protected by our providers' standard safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children
Formation is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child is using Formation, contact us and we'll delete the account.
11. Changes
We'll update this policy as Formation changes, for example if we add sign-in with email or Google. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell you in the app about significant changes.
